Valerio Rosso
Psychiatrist, psychotherapist and science communicator. I work on adult ADHD, autism, neurodivergence, addiction and lifestyle medicine. I am a co-founder of Lifeology.
For many years I have been trying to take neuroscience and psychiatry out of the consulting room, with rigour and in language everyone can understand. I do it through books, through the videos on my YouTube channel, which today is followed by a community of more than three hundred thousand people, through Instagram and through live events.
My books include Lifestyle Medicine (Mondadori), psiq, ADHD. La guida essenziale, Psicobiotica and Psichiatria Rock. With Lifeology I co-founded a project that brings together assessment, psychoeducation and lifestyle, as well as the LifeTribe community.
NeuroIride is an attempt to give concrete form to an idea I have been working on for a long time: that the great spectrum of neurodivergence should be looked at in dimensions, in the relationship between a person and their environment, without reducing anyone to a label and without hiding the struggles of those who need support.
NeuroIride was born and is growing within Lifeology, the group of professionals I work with every day on health, prevention and longevity from a neuroscientific perspective.
